I am having trouble figuring out how to print reports with the data
being two columns wide. For instance say I have a table in my report
with just one field, 'WIDGETS'. Now in my report I would like to print
in two columns.
[Record1] [Record2]
[Record3] [Record4]
I know this can be done but MSACCESS Help in no help.
Thanks.

For instance say I have a table in my report <snip> Paul, Choose menu option, File->Print Setup... and hit the More >> button. There you'll find an Items Across setting. The width between the columns is governed by both the Column Spacing setting and the width of the "white paper" in your report when you look at it in design mode. A simpler or more complex way, depending on your point of view, is to run the report wizard on your table and choose the Mailing Label option. -- Chris Randle

In Print Setup of the Report, Go to MORE>> Then Tell it Items Across 2 and Layout Horizontal. (Also make sure the Report is LESS then 1/2 the Width of the Paper (normally 8.5 so make the report under 4 inches wide) On Sunday, May 12, 1996, Paul Murphy wrote... > I am having trouble figuring out how to print reports with the data > being two columns wide.
