General Responsibilities and Desired Attributes

Responsible for software development of convergent
billing systems applications supporting IP Telephony,
Wireless, Paging, Satellite, Cable, and Wireline services.
Candidates must be proficient in all phases of the software
development life cycle including; development of systems
requirements, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
It is very desirable that candidates have an understanding of
telephony applications especially with respect to billing and
customer care.  Candidates must be self-starting and have
good to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team
environment.

Required Technical Skills

Unix, C, Oracle 7+, Oracle Forms 4.5+,
Designer / Developer 2000, PL/SQL

Desired Technical Skills

Object Oriented Design / Development,
JAVA, SQLJ, JDBC, HTML, Perl

Desired Background (prioritized)
