4/10/99 Some stocks picked here are really great winners. IDTC going up 7
dollars today again to close at $31, Remember we picked IDTC at teens, and
it went down initially, and we advise to buy more at lower prices. Today
OMKT up more than 3 dollars. WSTL up another $1 1/2 to about $7 which we
picked it yesterday. ORCL was also picked yesterday, it was up more than $2
1/2. DBCC up 1 3/8. On Friday's news letter, I said smaller stocks could
turn around if interest rate stays low. Today the Dow index went down, but a
lot of smaller stocks going up. Those high priced stocks could go lower more
next week, but we will continue to pick stocks, and try to benefit all
visitors.

A friend suggested to give target price and stop loss price on our picks. I
feel you need to read our PHILOSOPHY's page. Different stocks have different
strategies, their stop and target prices change as time goes on. For
example, IDTC was picked at about $16, it went down suddenly one day with
earnings disappointment, and down again by analyst downgrade. If you used
stop loss, you could sold at lower prices. The other day it went up several
dollars fast, investors who sold it could probably kick himself and are
afraid to buy. Therefore, you need a strategy that is best for you. One way
to decide sell or hold your stock is to frequently check our  Buy-Sell
signals page. Look the following, IDTC was picked on 3/10/99 at price of
$19.312. It is still a buy(Long) signal today. If you look at it's chart,
you may be stopped out, or sold it at lower prices if you set a target
price. Although there are no guarantees, we believe most signals will be
profitable. On the other hand, if you do not sell at all, your profit could
be gone. That is why we are Tradinvestors.
