Help!!

I am coding an IntraBuilder form to interface with an Oracle database. I
have some date fields in the Oracle database - how do I convert these
date fields to display a 4 digit year always

problem: ======= IntraBuilder returns 10/10/97 <+ time> for both these
date values in Oracle 10/10/1997 and 10/10/2017 - I MUST get the year to
display as a 4 digit field - i.e. the latter figure should be displayed
as 10/10/2017!

Can someone help please ?
