The Shareware version CrossTab ver 1.0 is now available for
downloading from the SimTel Coast to Coast Repository(tm) mirror
sites.
What does CrossTab do?
CrossTab is a program which will analyse the data from any three
columns from a dBASE compatible database table and produce a crosstab
analysis based on these columns. One field becomes the Row Column,
the second field will be used to create as many Column (Field)
Headings as are necessary and the final (Values) field contains the
data that will be intersected between the row and column fields.
For an example, let us say the sales manager of company A has
extracted the following information from his accounting
database pertaining to his salesmen's performance:

four months January to April and runs CrossTab.

If he now wants to know the total sales results of each month and
changes a few parameters (just by swapping the Row and Column
Fields) CrossTab produces the following results:

Column headings are created dynamically.
CrossTab will read dBASE ver III+ and higher *.dbf files.
You can create your own dBASE IV *.dbf compatible files.
You can download file crstab10.zip (if you can not locate this file,
it will have been replaced by an update version crstab11.zip) from any
of the following sites in the /msdos/database/ directory:
