Is there an FAQ list for this group? If not I would like
to volunteer to try and maintain one. If I get 10+ email replies
to the affirmative I'll see what I can do about getting it setup.
My motivations are varied. I've become a great fan of FAQ lists
of late for other groups, and am curious about their administration.
I'm new to FDDI concepts and maintaining the list I think would be
a great way of learning.
This account is on a rather rhobust public access system in the
Boston area. I would probably start off setting up a mail filter
in such a way that any email message that came in with the
phrase SEND FAQ in it would automatically receive the FAQ list
in reply.

I am working on a research paper for a data communications class at Penn
State University.
I would appreciate any information on FDDI.
Specifically, a HISTORY/BACKGROUND info. on FDDI.
At least one of my sources must be a Netnews posting, so feel free to
contribute to my paper! :)
Please e-mail any info. Thanx... Much appreciated...
