Is there a standard which defines the pin out functionality of the DB9 connector used for shielded twisted pair Token Ring? If yes, where do I obtain it? I understand that pins 1 and 9 are the receive pair and pins 5 and 6 are the transmit pairs. However, varying on whose card you look at the remaining pins are sometimes grounded, sometimes hooked to +5V, and sometimes left hanging. Hence, I need to know the standard.
