I've updated my analysis of @Home email losses that I've been tracking 
since July 4, 2000. It can be seen at

For the last month, I've logged incoming email losses over 15%.  Needless
to say, the abysmal performance of @Home's email 'service' has continued
to deteriorate despite repeated assurances over the last six months or
more that "we're working on it", "the problem is fixed", and a variety of
other misrepresentations.
