ORBS "techology" has never been the point.  It's rudimentary 
and completely peripheral.

A broken bottle can be just as lethal as an Uzi.  Just because 
the technology is fancier doesn't mean it's any more or less
damaging or desirable.

The real problem of course is the list of host addresses and the
criteria for listing them.  The technology has nothing whatsoever
to do with that.
