Yes (I hope you took a course on logic or are a CS major, so that you
can appreciate the humor).  To some people a single message once every
5 years, is one message every five years too much.  To others, 25
messages a day, isn't disruptive at all.  I guess what I am saying
here is that 25 people will give 25 answers.  ORBS assumes that it
won't be a problem and just sends out email.  Those that don't want
it, are free to block it, or to ask to be put on the manual list.
