Few ISPs use 'em, and most of those that do, would probably be willing to whitelist your email address for any customer who complains about legit email getting blocked. Worst case, you can get a free email account somewhere for writing to people whose ISPs use ORBS. In fact, that's probably a good idea. While ORBS is (to be kind) careless about who they list, the odds are still that the mailer is not well-run, if it's listed in ORBS. And the ORBS defenders are definitely right about one thing: ORBS isn't blocking your email, the recipient's ISP is. Tell the recipient to complain to their ISP. With enough complaints they may stop using the ORBS list, and that is a Good Thing. Kayembee
