Good for you that your @home hasn't been down since you signed up in September I signed up in August and has been down about 5 times sometimes a shortwhile sometimes all day. The last time it went down most of day I called and waited and waited till I finally got a person on the phone I asked for a credit and when rebuffed persisted in asking for a credit for the outage was told I was given a credit for that day. When I got the monthly bill guess what no credit. As more alternative high speed providers DSL, Satellite come on line and the price drops will be interesting to see if they are forced to provide customer service to compete. My email is curently down and has been since early this morning.
