SBC HITCHES MASS ADSL DEPLOYMENT PLANS TO FCC RULINGS

Basically, it won't fly unless the FCC stabs the ILEC's in the back.

Incidentally, I have a personal distaste for posting press releases.
Normally, just posting a URL and a short summary are sufficient.

Since you cross posted this to a cable modem group, I have a dumb
question. AT&T is going to pay about $2000 per customer for TCI which
chronically loses money. How is AT&T going to get their $2000 per
customer back?
