Just a matter of time... It sure is amazing though.

And it's a decent $7/mo. or so for that extra IP number? Or did
you get it for free?

Shudda been, Scott :) I imagine the exec will show his gratitude
for your vicarious efforts on their behalf :)

The power-resets will always cause a re-linking effort that will
make it blink. The reset button should also but the modem probably
had 'caught' by that time?

It's pretty easy to do! Actually, if they wait along the light
will settle anyway.

Give him the new chat-networkagent page:
"new support area, the Online Virtual Support Center
(OVSC), for faster service. The OVSC has a self help "Library" with
links to technical notes regarding the @Home service. It also has
agents available to answer any questions you may have regarding the
service. The OVSC is open from 10am to 10pm, Mountain Standard Time,
7 days a week. To visit the OVSC now, please go to this link:
http://ovsc.tci.net"
I think this may be mainly for their subscribers, of course.
The agents can check on his modem remotely, better than you could do.
They can of course check their network.

When is it due where you are?
