Greetings:
I've reviewed all the previous responses. So far, I haven't seen this
option presented. Radio Shack sells "BNC"-to-"F" cable
connectors/adapters.
You will need a few for this scenerio. You will also need a few standard
CATV outlet plates, and a "little bit of elbow-grease" ;) If your home has
(removable) panel siding, you could "run" your cable from room-to-room,
from the "outside" of your house by going through the 2-by-4 wall studs!
If you try this, you *might* want to use differing color CATV plates, so
that you want accidentally plug a TV, descrambler, VCR, etc. into it ;(
You will want this setup to NOT connect into your existing CATV lines, as
something will probably get FRIED! I've tried this setup in a previous
apartment to connect (2) adjoining rooms. In my example, I used an
existing
cable TV connection in a wall separating (2) adjoining rooms, I swapped out
the (2) existing single-port CATV plates (in each adjoining room), with
duel
port CATV plates. I connected the top (2) CATV ports with small segment of
straight-through CATV cable (PC network). The bottom (2) CATV ports were
joined to a 3-way CATV splitter, where the 3rd end connected to the
standard
cable TV service lines! This way, I could watch TV in either room AND work
on my machine(s) in either room... if you call Quake *WORK* ;)

Hope this helps,
