As of now, Baltimore City doesn't have cable internet, though DSL is probably available in most of it. It is available from Comcast in Baltimore County. You can always check www.comcastonline.com for more specifics. Here in Baltimore County, the connection is ok, though slow during primetime. However, don't depend on them for email. Email gets lost (though they say "only delayed") or delayed (a few hours to months) on a regular basis. An alternative news server is also not a bad idea. Oh yea, pray you never have to call customer service.
