Actually, there are no cache police for Bellsouth, and most of the automatic Cache redirection
is turned off right now while they perfect the new software (the old software was causing
problems, often it would hang on DNS lookups).  You CAN manually redirect your browsers to the
operating cache servers.  Hal's got a good description of how to do this:
