Marin?  not wealthy?  right.   IIRC, Lucas Valley is the land of $500,000+
Eichler tract houses built in the late 50s/early 60s.   I guess thats
cheap by Marin standards, maybe even by Bay Area standards, but its pretty
damn wealthy by anyone elses standards...  Then there's Skywalker Ranch,
but we won't go there... :D

now, note, most of those Eichler places are pretty small 1500-1700 sq ft)
and 40+ years old.  Some are very run down, hence the $200K price tags,
