Hi Mirage,

I notice you had trouble with @home. I am currently in a tech support loop
going nowhere
trying to get my network connection back. It was fully functioning out of
the box, but then a few days later I can't find the DHCP server. I've
swapped Ethernet cards and cables, tried static IP address, reinstalled
TCP/IP, updated Internet Explorer.

I still have my dial-up connection, and had successfully set up both the
dial-up
and the Internet Explorer to work with both.

@Home assumes me there is no problem with their 1meg modem because
apparently they can run diagnostics on it. It seems to be running rather
hot though.

Can you suggest anything?

Thanks,
Barry
