NOPE, won't apologize to Charter.  They had a network problem originally and didn't
own up to it.  Wasted 4 hours of my time chasing rabbits when they could have fessed
up and said "we've got network problems, it will take a few days to get it fixed".  I
"created" my problem in response to their network not working.  I originally didn't
HAVE NetBEUI enabled.

BTW, the stupid thing went out again today.  I had to turn off the modem and turn it
back on and wait for it to re-sync before it would work.

Sorry, no dice.  You work for @home?
