It's just the difference between k-Bytes-ps (which you are using) and
k-Bits-ps (which he is using)... He's actually getting about 30k-Bytes-ps,
quite a bit slower than what you're getting..
If someone says that they are getting about 200kbps, assume bytes.. if they
say less than 200, you can usually assume bits, when they're refering to the
use of a cable-modem, that is...
