Hi-

I'll be moving from the San Francisco Bay Area to Tuscaloosa in a few
months. Can someone tell me what high-speed internet options are likely
to be available to me (cable, dsl, etc.) once we move?

Thanks,

Barry D.

Find a phone number and/or zip code for that area (you really just need
the area code and 3-digit exchange number), and go to www.dslreports.com
(or www.broadbandreports.com, both are the same). Search for what's
available in the area.

Just be aware that DSL can be very specific as to what's available in a
given neighborhood or even a particular building. Cable can also be
somewhat similar. If you don't have an exact address yet, you can only get
a general idea.
