Does anyone know the program to use with the "new" Cox.net service. The diagnostistic tool that @home provided (with a password) was excellent. Thanks

The tool is provided in the software in the Conversion Kit. It is called CorrectConnect. It is not 100% identical, but does some of what NetDiag did. Sorry, I cannot remember the what the speed test did. The CorrectConnect allows you to enter a server address (i.e., www.apple.com) and the "detail" view gives you hops, ping times, and packet loss at each. I think you will like. With netdiag.exe mode=support you entered, Name: a
Password: athome. Besides ping times we were able to run a performance test
for up and down speed to the proxy server. I found it to be right in line
with the dslreports speed tool.
If any cable techs out there know how to duplicate this
please let us know.
