I'm interested in seeing email like 'Hey, I tried the new release & it pukes
when I do this.' and stuff like that.

I'm not interested in every question or observation, eg, 'I think ciscos should
be blue with a green stripe.' and 'What is RIP ?' . I think this sort of stuff
should be inflicted on JUST the tac@cisco.com folks and not this email list.

Also, technical questions will (& should) be answered more quickly and consist-
ently when addressed to the TAC, rather than this customer list.
