So long, i don't knew exactly the config of an 1004 but on an 4500 i
looks like:

  ppp authentication chap
  dial map ip 1.2.3.4 name DONALD broadcast <PhonNummer>
  dial map ip 1.2.3.5 name DAISY broadcast 432403492
  dialer-group 1          ; for access group
