The Wellfleet manual is sketchy on how to interpret the bridge stats screen and
I'd appreciate some help.

In particular, the 'Receive' statistic - is this packets received from the
network or from other ports on the brouter. Also the 'Forward' stat - is
this a count of packets forwarded onto the network, or forwarded to other
ports on the brouter for onward transmission. The same ambiguity exists 
with Flooded frames. 

I've tried to make sensible assumptions about what these statistics means
from the values I'm getting, but I'd appreciate some clarification.
