If you work for a telecommunications-related company, association 
or government agency, you may want to get your organization
listed free of charge in the Telecommunications Directory
published by Gale Research Inc. There is no charge to be listed.
Simply write to the following address (I don't think they have
an e-mail address) and ask them to send you a questionnaire:

The directory itself may be available at your local library.
It's fairly expensive, but it does provide a good overview of the
telecommunications industry worldwide.
