A follow up to my own post...

So now the 'new and improved' install date is 9/16. Two weeks after the
original install date.

By now we have three missed dates (with the corresponding wasted days I took
off from work to be home when the PB guy was supposed to show up), and this
new install date.

Anyone care to guess what's going to happen on the 16th of September?

"The Pacific Bell Network. How would you use it?"

"You won't let me, why do you ask???"
