Bell Atlantic may be spread out over a good portion of the north to
mid Atlantic seaboard, but most if not all of it's local telephone
servoces are governed by a local state public utility commission.

In reference to the comments made by the original poster, I do not see
where there is false advertising being presented. Unless you know
something that you did not expand on in your posted message?
