Some cellular carriers are screwing up *ANI* as well as CID (calls from
out-of-market roamers are passing both ANI and CID as the MIN of the
cellular phone, instead of sending CID as the MIN and ANI as a trunk
from the MTSO.) This, of course, causes havoc with 800/888 numbers and
calling card call rating...

Calls routed through the 1-800 access number that payphones and hotel
phone systems use to access Oncor (I *do* know this number, but will
*not* give it out) do *not* display CID; it comes up as out-of-area.
[This holds for Chattanooga/Atlanta, it may not elsewhere.] This is
surprising given the fact that Oncor routes the bulk of its calls
through WorldCom/WilTel and MCI, who are both very good about CID!

*67 works in Atlanta BellSouth cellular, but appears to pass OOA instead
of Private.

Then there's the VoiceNet calling card translation problem (CID shows up
as OOA, but Anon Call Reject rejects these calls as if *67 were dialed.
VoiceNet does NOT pass CID otherwise.)
