I once did cold calling for a firm whose ethics I thought were a bit
questionable.  I was hung up on one time, and which point the manager more
or less screamed at me:  "Call her back!  NOBODY HANGS UP ON YOU!"  I
couldn't do it, so he picked up the phone, called her, and said "EXCUSE
ME!  I was talking to you!"  Uhhh....yeah, that's going to help...
