A "blue-box" was a device form the far-away ancient past, which
generated tones which ordinarily were reserved to telephone company
operators and internal switching systems. Used by 'fone freeks' or
'blue-boxers', 'blue boxes' allowed people to make unlimited
long-distance calls for free.

this is very much frowned upon in these days where even
infinity-switches are very old hat.

Heheh, and pretty soon , the HAARP project might simply beam the power
to you, if it turns out that Tesla was right after all. Hell, he was
right about alternatic current, why not this?
