Centrex ISDN is a BA service start to end. It rides over the PSTN
backbone.

ClarkNet was the first ISP in the BA territory to offer Centrex ISDN,
has more Centrex ISDN customers then any other ISP in the BA region and we
have been told possibly the USA. ClarkNet has been a pioneer of Centrex
ISDN on the East Coast since early 1994.
