This letter serves to reactivate Technical Report List and to test all
addresses.

In the event that someone has taken over this list, please let me know
and my apologies.

Unfortunately, due to some personal issues, a new job, computer problems,
loss of my directory, I was unable to deal with the list for a while.  I
have retained Mr. Bill Steele to assist in the list to ensure timely handling
of work when I am busy.  It appears as if all postings to the list since
August have been lost.  If you would like, please resubmit.
