In message <1j4nk6INNrt7@elroy.jpl.nasa.gov>, a request for release notes for
v4.4 of the TI TMS320 C compiler was made.

The compiler has been updated and the latest release is v4.5. The correct
procedure to receive the updated version is to fill out the registration card
you received with the compiler and return it to TI. Registration will entitle
you to one year of free upgrades from the date of purchase.
