The Mwave DSP, TMS320M500 family, is being targeted at PC multimedia. Texas
Instruments has announced development kits and OEM board products, in addition
to the Mwave DSP itself, for Mwave Multimedia Systems. Several product
bulletins for the various products and a technical brief have already been
published. Additional documentation will be available with each of the
development kits when they are released. To get an overall description of the
Mwave Multimedia System, order literature number SPRT103 through TI's
literature fulfillment center, (800)336-5236, or your local TI field sales
office.
