This problem conflicts with what you said about your intentions being completely legal. Psychiatrists have not so much an obligation to REPORT your sick and dangerous ideation, as they have an obligation to LOCK YOUR ASS UP in a psychiatric facility to prevent somebody with such dangerous ideation from walking around free. This may at some point need to be addressed by a court, and that might be where a report would be submitted. They don't do this about ideations that are nonviolent and completely legal. And WHAT gives you the idea that having a place to vent this at human beings somehow makes you better? What hard evidence do you have that spewing your insanity and anger on people helps you, rather than gets you worked up even more?
