And, as a mentally- handicapped individual, I should. If I do anything untoward, it's society's fault. Society should burn itself alive for failing to provide immediate, life-long, high- quality, and free health care to mentally-disabled individuals -- like me. As a mental case, I shouldn't have to work. I shouldn't need any money for my basic medical needs to be met. Society should take care about psycho-patients. Till then, expect me to textually-act on my heinous thoughts -- but only in the legal manner.
