If you have enough square footage, I'd be more apt to rent a small office (with a door I can close) on a short-term lease basis. I wouldn't provide anonymous Internet services though. Just a PC, FAX, printer, and all the other goodies needed for a workstation. And someone there to sign for packages and secure them until I can pick them up. Definetely no dial-up!
