That's already the case for the most part
when law enforcement gets involved.

The "anonymous remailer community"
has had a noticeable slowdown after the
Adrian Lamo/Manning/Assange thing.

As if the half of anonymous remailer users
weren't bonafide pedophiles to begin with,
now there a military/intelligence reason to
watch anonymous remailers very carefully.
