[Q] PCI Based DSP Card Wanted

Hello,
I am looking for any PCI bus based DSP cards,
but have yet to find one.

These would be for some experiments for MPEG decode/manipulation.

I have seen some Video Capture Boards for PCI
but it was unclear if they have General Purpose DSP's on them.

If you know of a board, please drop me a line.

Thanks,
