	Warning: the encoding of MS-DOS and its GUI Windows are
usually not the same! Whereas Windows is (more than) ISO 8859-1,
MS-DOS is not!

	In ISO 8859-1:    J�r�mie va � Besan�on en v�lo.
	In MS-DOS CP 437: J�r�mie va � Besan�on en v�lo.

	Because of Internet, Windows, UNIX, etc..., you should use
ISO... About editors in French, better to write in French related
groups (Newsgroups: set).
