I have uploaded to SimTel, the Coast to Coast Software Repository (tm),
(available by anonymous ftp from the primary mirror site ftp.coast.net

C64ASM is an assembler for Commodore 64's CPU, the MOS 6510. C64ASM
creates files in Commodore 64's machine language, but the assembler
program itself runs on a DOS based PC.  It supports labels, symbolic
constants, math.  expressions, include files and detailed report.
C64DISA is a disassembler but it can create hexa or ascii dumps, too.
Both programs support the T64 tape file format and (own) MEM file format.
