I've finally found a version of 'Neuromancer' (the apple 2 version). So I'm in the bar at the PAX station, but I don't know the verification number to get me in. Is this something that I should be able to find out, or was this in the docs as a form of copy protection? If the answer is the latter, could someone please tell me the verification code? Thank you. -Adam Check out zone64 at 'http://129.22.243.41/c64/'

Neurmancer used a code wheel as a form of copy protection. There is no one code to enter, it changes everytime you access the PAX. If you were using the Commodore version I could help you out with a program that overrides the code wheel. No, this program will not work on the Apple version. -- <<-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=>> >> Commodore 128 User / mpython@vgernet.net \ Monty Python Fan << << CUGB President /________________________\ Computer Addict >> >> The C=64/128 Digital Archives ftp.vgernet.net /pub/mpython << <<=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=->>
