Actually, it *does* work.  But you need to get the '1.30' version of
Win32s, not the older '1.25' version.

Last I checked, the copy of Win32s claiming to be version 1.30 was still
1.25..  but the PC64 author happened to include the more recent version
in the same directory as the Win64 beta.
