help! readysoft 1541->amiga serial cable

HELP! i have an a3000 and 'the 64 emulator' by readysoft (legitimate owner).
included with this package is the a500/a2000 serial cable used to connect
a 1541 to an (older) amiga. the problem i am having is that the a3000 will
not run the software package (tried everything including os1.3, degrader).
thus, i cannot hook up my 1541 to my amiga to transfer some old c64 files.

there are three posible solutions (in order of most preferred to least
preferred), which depend on some kind soul:

	1. is there any ami/pc pd/shareware transfer software that is
	compatible with this particular cable, i.e., i don't have to hack
	the cable? note: this cable is NOT compatible with the a64 software

	2. anyone have the real readysoft 1541 to amiga transfer executable
	(not the c64 basic program) that they could send me? this is from
	ver 2 of the package, which i never received :(

	3. does anyone have a broken/fixed version of 'the 64 emulator'
	that will run on an a3000 that they could send me? (i am a legitimate
	owner)

any help would be greatly appreciated!
