Win64 has arrived finally. Win64 is a Commodore 64 emulator for Windows. The first release is beta .1 It supports only Windows 95 & Windows NT The target machine is a Dx66 It runs at about the original speed on a 66 on WindowsNT 3.51 (small screen ) and at 100% ( X2 Window size ) On Windows 95. It will not run on Win3.1 as it uses graphical & operation system features that Windows 3.1 does not support. Win64 should be available from Anthony Richardsonยs Commodore 64 hoempage within the next couple of days. http://www.gold.net/users/ez11/ If you want a copy emailed let me know until I can find a ftp site to put it. this rambling is from ralph.mason@liffe.com ----------------------------------------------------------------------- University of Liffe, London UK My views are my own!

Considering that beta 1 was JUST NOW moved into a public directory (on
the 30th, the same day or day before you announced beta 2), you should
consider finding a new ftp distro site for your beta versions. Having
to wait 20 days for it to become availble is not very efficient.
I could even make it available in my own anon ftp dir if you like, and
it has two t3 connections on it to make it quiiiiiiiick.

Win64 does have some support for .d64 files, & changing disks. It also runs quite well on a DX66. You can FTP the latest version of Win64 from aloha.net/pub/users/bstaggs the filename is win64b02.zip this rambling is from ralph.mason@liffe.com ----------------------------------------------------------------------- University of Liffe, London UK My views are my own!
