Help! writing .d64 image back to 1541

I've looked all over the FAQ's and can't seem to find the answer to this one:
Is there a program to dump .d64 disk image files back onto a 1541 via
a modem connection or even a pc-parallel to c64-disk connection????
All of the programs I've seen so far go from 1541 files into .d64 files, and
the various copy routines won't work because they can only copy individual
files and not entire disks.
Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree, I just need a way to write some 1541 disks
from disk images so I can use some progs. on my 64 and not the emulator. Is
there a simpler way???
Thanks for the info, it's been too long since I used a 64 but it's all coming
back to me slowly...
Mark

Perhaps the good Count is misunderstanding my original statements. I was
answering the question about how to restore D64 files *using a 64*.
Since I don't have a PC, only a 64 (shock, horror), other methods must be
used.
Phbbt. How much do you want for your Amiga?

Here's Dave Belter's Dfiler0.56. Writes .D64 to C= disk
Ok, heres the lastest version of my Program for converting .D64 files,
it requires 2 drives (or REU with RamDos and 1 drive) and one of the drives
has to have the ability to hold the .D64 file .ie '71 or '81.
It's still slow but I am working on that problem.
So heres the program....

I agree it slow but the others either require only one drive or the other are even slower. Since most are written in Basic. Aleast with mine it written in ML an Basic. If I ever get enough time I will finish the program since I do have a Flow chart, on how I want it program. The main reason my program is so slow is because I don't do interleave. I don't think any I have seen do, that might have changed since I haven't seen a new one in about 8 months.

It is a set of utilities to transfer data between CBM 8-bittes on one side (PET, VIC-20, C=64, C=128) and Linux/i386 or Amiga machines on the other side. One of the utilities just happens to transfer disk images to or from any sort of CBM diskdrive you might have. These images happen to be compatible with the .d64 format, too :) But you can also transfer memory contents or files. Development of it is still actively going on whenever either of the authors gets the urge... >Count Zero/Talent -Olaf. -- ___ Copyright 1995 Olaf 'Rhialto' Seibert.
