Can someone please email me a copy of the first disk for Gary Kitchen's GameMaker from Activision? My copy from my cd locks up both on an emulator AND on a real 64. Hey, and while I'm at it, if anyone wants to sell an original with manuals to me real cheap please let me know. Thanks! -- 74171.2136@compuserve.com http://ourworld.compuserve.com:80/homepages/pcgeek/

Speaking of strange softs.. I *did* eventually find a copy
of GoDot, that nice picture editing program. However, it won't
work on my (real) C64 ('new' model), but does so on a friend's
C64.. Both times without cartridges or any extras attached.
Is there some major difference that makes it not work?

The commercial version of GoDot supports alot more hardware. And can be
runned of more equipped machines. I have though had problems with some
copies on my new C64, but some version work and some don't. I can't tell
why.. but...
