Atari ST ".dim" files?

I have a CD full of Atari ST software. There are a bunch of files in .msa,
which is cool, others are in .zip, .st, .lzh etc. but the format I know
nothing about is this .dim, which most of my favorite stuff seems to be in.
How do I convert this to a normal disk, does anyone know? Thanks for any
help. -Satcom2
